Attention to Detail
Sometimes I become awe-struck by God. Now is one of those moments. He is so big, so strong, and so mighty . . . you know the rest of that tune. But he is also so small, so gentle, and so intricate.
He is doing things today, that will not come to maturity, or even be important for 10 years. He was doing things 20 years ago . . . small details, that finally make sense today.
He does not spend time explaining himself, he simply does what he is doing. He does it quietly, he does it so perfectly, and so consistently that many scientists think it is happening spontaneously.
He is like the great care-taker. Keeping things alive . . . the plants, the birds. He's also the great provider.
And he is so confident in his creations, trusting that they will perform exactly as he instructed.

ReplyDeletei love how you worded this post...i couldn't agree more. there is sucha peace knowing that such a tiny thing has such a big part in the "big picture"...isnt' God just so great! well, heck...10 years ago Luke walked into our life, then 2 years later you walked in. who would have know:) love ya girl:)
